Adorable boutique hotel, right across from the London market and in the heart of downtown. Rooms where clean, simple, and perfect. Parking was a little difficult—we had to use the underground market parking lot—but hotel staff gave us a discount and saved us quite a bit of money there, so I forgive them.

The check in was very smooth once I managed to get in to the building. The room was huge, clean and had all the little touches except the lack of drawers (only 2 small drawers for a 2 Double bed room). Also only 3 hangers for clothes and nowhere to hang a coat. The staff were all very pleasant and friendly. Would definitely highly recommend to a convenient stay in London. Will most certainly be staying there again.

Second time staying in this hotel. Amenities are good. Fan in bathroom needs a good cleaning.  Parking is out of the way. First year we were not charged for parking (2 vehicles). This year we were charged $26+ per vehicle. That was a real disappointment.  Great market across the street.
